Bayer Digital Marketing interview questions

Applied through career portal where mentioned all related information: personal contacts, education, experience, skills, interests, preferred location and company division. Was asked to submit all diplomas and grades overview (including high school) alongside with CV, Motivation Letter, Employee References and Internship Certificates. Got a call three weeks later, was invited for a phone interview. In 10 days had a phone interview (called 10 minutes later), the interview lasted for 30 min. Included quite general questions and a some position related. Was told that I will know the results in a week. Waited for two weeks, emailed the contact person and in two hours got sample email from HR that I wasn't further selected.
