Bayer Internship interview questions

We were given a situation with a well known fictional company and told how we (was a group interview) would solve that situation, detailing different areas of that company and what should they do.

Brief and straight to the point. I was interviewed by manager at that department, he was very friendly and answered all my questions. Questions are pretty basic. Standard behaviour interview. Applied on-line and asked for advice from friends who works there
