Pretty standard for first round interview. Mostly interpersonal/social with some technical oriented questions. It seemed pretty fair for initial contact but may draw out into multiple rounds of interviews. The interviewer was personable and I didn't think they overstepped on reasonable questions about past work experience and how those experiences have been incorporated into guiding principles.

The interview process was structured and engaging, beginning with a recruiter screening, followed by technical and behavioral rounds, and concluding with a final interview with the medical director for role alignment.
I interviewed with the team lead and HR. We discussed my PhD and research experience and alll my questions were answered in depth, it was a very friendly process. I would highly recommend interviewing with them
