Bayer Senior Recruiter interview questions

The process was a bit choppy and didn't flow. I was asked to interview by phone with 2 individuals earlier in the AM and then in person on campus for 2 hours. I was also asked to put together a 15 minute presentation on a case study that they provided which was a project to staff commercial for a new product that was launching in 18 months. I actually enjoyed putting together and presenting the case study and thought it was an interesting add to the hiring process. I spent the 2nd hour answering a series of vanilla behavioral questions about my greatest successes and disappointments and what I learned from them.
