Initial phone screen with recruiter, 45 minutes "typical" interview with hiring manager, 45 minutes doing a financial analysis for the hiring manager under time pressure, "rolling" panel of ~5 over a week, phone call with offer.
Communication was punctual and straightforward throughout. Everyone was collegial and open.

Interview
A Recruiter reached out to me, then I had a first round with a few company employees. I was extremely qualified for the role but didn’t progress to the next round, unsure why except for perhaps prejudice
