Second step is the Plum test which is a mix of behavioural and cognitive questions (nothing mathematical) Third step is the Online AC, which takes about half a day, and has 1 interview with 2 managers, 1 group work and 1 individual sales pitch. Fourth and last step is an interview with 2 managers. Hands down the fastest and smoothest hiring experience I have had. HR was super responsive and provided thorough feedback!
