I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
So far I got to the video interview stage.
The process took 10 working days from submitting an application to receiving the video interview invitation.
The first stage was to submit your application with the cover letter.
The second one was the assessment which they send to you the next day. It is Plum assessment so do a trial there before your actual one. You will be tested on your IQ first. A few questions on pattern recognition and then your personality.
Third, they invited to take a video interview.
There they asked 9 questions, you will have 1 minute 30 seconds to answer each question. You get to choose when to click start recording for each question so be sure to take a few minutes to research each question if you feel unsure about how to answer. Definitely talk through your answer at least once before you start recording it. Talk out loud not in your head.
Below is the full list of questions exactly how they have worded them. And some sample answers.
