Bloomberg Financial Analyst interview questions

One and done interview over zoom, went over my qualifications, the job and what not. Was great overall and very seamless. I started in the position one or two weeks later after the initial zoom call

Everyone was very rude and entitled. No one introduced themselves and their role and began asking cookie cutter behavioral interview questions. It felt like a toxic environment and made you feel like you needed to know everything. It felt very seniority & male dominant and not a place to grow. I asked a colleague on how he liked working at Bloomberg and he said there was no room to grow and not as cutting edge as people think, too many processes.
