I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Jul 2018
Interview
This review is in regards to the Global Data Assestment day, because I would of love to have had this information going into it.
1.) Eat a huge breakfast prior to the day - you will likely not have any time to eat from 7:45 - 2:00. There are times were you can get a cheeky snack, but even then you feel bad about it
2.) Don't stress the coding part - obviously if you're good at Python, that's grand but if not don't get nervous and focus all your interview prep on Python coding. I would focus more on getting a good nights sleep so that you are alert the whole day.
3.) There is a logical assessment, which they actually take into consideration. By logical I mean a multiple choice assessment that asks questions which you have to logically solve. Although a few are in regards to stats
4.) Get a good nights sleep cause you have to be alert throughout the day giving your input and showcasing throughout various assessments you are an MVP
5.) Everyone else in the assessment will be very, very talented. I have gone through other assessments and have even worked other big companies and was shocked when I met everyone else interviewing. They were all very talented and outgoing

Question 1
Why Bloomberg? Then follow ups really dissecting your 'why'
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Accra) in Jun 2018
Interview
Whole process took about a 4-6 weeks. Applied 2nd week in May, got a response 3 days later. First was the video interview of pre-recorded questions, very easy questions. Then went on to have a phone call with someone from Global Data, questions were a bit more technical; I was asked what I understood of the role, why Bloomberg etc, to give details of what I did in certain situations and also what my understanding of Funds, Debt and Equity were. Final stage was a video call with the Head of Global Data for EMEA and a Manager within Global Data.
