I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Princeton, NJ) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview process was very casual. 3 rounds of interviews in one day. Senior management conducted all 3 interviews. Questions were mostly behavioral and centered around your resume. They look for people who fit the culture and really want to be at Bloomberg, so you can be a genius but if you want to be an investment banker it may not be a good fit.
