I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Skillman, NJ) in Oct 2014
Interview
Process took about 3 weeks. Interviewed on campus first. Basic behavioral questions, asked about what you knew about the position, markets. Got invited to their skillman office. Office was really cool and had a great atmosphere. Had 3 interviews there with HR and senior people. This was more about fit and asking questions about my resume. Easy process with nice, personable people. The fact that I was bloomberg certified helped a lot.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg
Interview
First round was a group discussion consisting of two sessions. The first session was to allocate $20bn based on market news. Second session was to read an article and rank the characters. In general they HR wants to find the one with the best communication skills and market knowledge. Second round was 1v1 with team leader, more on behavioral.
Had two interviews and failed
First interview was a basic question, why bloomberg?why this position?what do you want to become?what was your most interesting course?etc...
Second interview was a more question about my future in Bloomberg. I wasn't prepared enough,so I failed. However, the question was a quite reasonable things to ask.
