I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
After the application, first had a quick call with HR because they wanted to switch my application from the internship to the graduate program, then a video recording and finally the assessment center.
In the morning, you have a day on the kob exercise, a group debate and 2 interview rounds.
The HR and the team leaders who interviewed me were nice but one of the managers that interviewed me in the afternoon was rude and pushy.
After that, they left me hanging for 3 days while the others had the outcome right away, only to put me through another round of manager interviews where the managers were even more obnoxious.
They left me hanging again for 2 days and only sent back an automatic "unfortunately, we will not progress your application..." email.
I rated it as a positive experience for the hotel and the free breakfast, otherwise they were not really respectful given the amount of time they made me waste.
