It was very smooth. Sales attitude and product knowledge are keys.
You must be very prepared on OMS systems, execution management platforms. Don’ t be stressed and be aggressive. STAR method is very useful.
It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

What did you work hard during university
Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
First was Hireview, 1 Hour interview with two team leaders, and assessment centre, consisting of tests, networking, and a final round interview with two team leaders from analytics and sales departments respectively.
