I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Huntsville, AL) in Oct 2012
Interview
I applied online, two weeks later I got an email from the hiring manager requesting a phone interview. The interview was scheduled three days later. The interview was a STAR approach (google it). The hiring manager sent me a email with a PDF file attached describing how the interview will be conducted. The interview process lasted for about 58 minutes. After the interview, i sent a thank you email to both inverters. I got an offer 4days later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I' m not allowed to post the questions asked, but it is was completely STAR related. I had only one technical question which was referenced to my final project in college.
Got a call from recruiter, set up a phone interview with managers, they asked pretty basic, non-technical questions like "describe a time when you had a lot to do in little time, how did you organize things", questions like that. They also had me describe my background, education, any recent work experience, etc. Interview was pretty easy overall.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in Mar 2012
Interview
I applied online in December of 2011. I applied to 4 Boeing Locations because I heard they were a good company to work for, and I wanted a good internship experience. In March I was contacted for a phone interview which I accepted. Within 2-3 weeks I received an email with a notification that I had an offer waiting on their online hiring system. From there I just had to pass a background check and drug test in order to accept the offer.

Question 1
This was a structured interview in which I tried to use technical experiences to answer the behavioral questions. This seemed to work well because it gave my interviewing managers information about past projects I had done even though they couldn't ask about them. Teamwork was very important to emphasize.
