The 2nd interview was with 2 Account Managers in Germany. The job description clearly mentioned someone who speaks English & German.
I have the capability of speaking german in a conversational way but not mother tongue german.
But clearly on the 2nd interview they will not even give you a chance to speak and express yourself in english!
Not even once! And at the end they will tell you that this job requires PURE German language only! “No partners will speak with you in english! Sorry but that is the truth“
So much for promoting diversity huh?
It should be clearly mentioned in the job description that the hiring Account Managers are just looking for german speakers.
They will belittle you because of NOT speaking the language fluently!
Such a shame!
