Booking.com Customer Service Executive interview questions

I applied online on the official website. On the next day I received a questionnaire to fill it out and to send it them back (even it was part of the application procedure before). In less than 24 hours they contacted me to do a pre-screening phone interview: basic questions (your motivations, required skills for the position, etc.) then I was invited to their group assessment on the same week. That took 3-4 hours, but nothing really complicated - company presentation, group argumentation, language tests - answering to e-mails - and a personal interview including a role-play situation.
