Booking.com UX Designer interview questions

From all the reviews we all know what is this about. I went trough all rounds and at the end I was told that I don’t think in the right direction or something, but all my 6-7 suggestions on how to improve the site were thoroughly written down and implemented in the site very shortly after the interview. This process is huge brain leakage toward the company free of charge.

Very slow in reply back however very professional and friendly approach to recruiting. It took 2 weeks to get an interview with HR and 4 for an answer. Overall a good experience but slow.
