CV Screening then Recruiter Interview. Was supposed to have a culture interview then a technical interview the they cancelled the culture interview with 2 hours notice. Did very well in the technical and had the culture rearranged. Then was told with about 3 hours notice that they'd cancelled the role. Wasted so much time prepping and stressing just to be treated as completely disposable. Maybe confirm the role exists before interviewing ?
