The application was easy but took 4+weeks for me to receive the call form BCG Dubai
The process consisted in 3 steps.
1) two, 1h interviews at my campus with project leader and manager. both consisted in motivation and business case.
2) At Dubai, analytical test + 1 business case
3) interview with partner in Dubai + offer.

Cv screening, then 1st interview with cogkitive test and two cases. 2nd round two new cases then offer. First round wirh mid level associates. 2nd round you do with more senior employees. I didn’t get through to the second round.

3 interviews and a case study on market entry which required solving for a wine company in US and Europe. lots of questions on how you would go about increasing revenue and finding new opps
