It was case driven for the most part, the case is quite long and you need to remember the details. That is important, the process is not that different than other cases done or other case interviews for the most part, the case is quite different than practice. I would suggest practicing BCG style cases to get the feel of it

Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
