Boston Consulting Group Software Developer interview questions

The interview process took 2 weeks. 1 HR screening, 1 technical interview, 1 product based working style / project experience interview, and 1 interview with Managing Director. The technical interviews were focused on your problem solving skills (more on how to think and how you code). You should expect to explain some project you have worked before and explain pertinent examples of solving problems. They look at you github so make sure you know them before going to the interview. I was asked about one of the algorithm implementation I had in my github project. They really look for a cultural fit. Based on the interview, it really seemed like a good place to work but I had another offer in Bay area.
