The interviewer is nice. He asked me about the previous job experience, and how I solved the issues we faced. Also, there were some technical questions, such as how to use scope and basic measurement techniques.

phone interview then onsite. I applied the position last May. Then the manager called me and asked some basic questions about my study. Most of the interview, I introduced myself. Then a week passed, the manager asked me onsite interview. Three people interviewed me. They were pretty nice.
I applied the summer intern position. They contact me after 2 weeks. The first interview is technical interview. it's about 30 minutes. Technical interview is not very hard, they just ask some basic knowledge about hardware design and communication system.
