The interview process included one or two phone calls and then a few hours on-site. The onsite interview was mostly technical and involved a few different interviewers. I applied directly online.

Then technical for 1 hour than 30 minutes manager interview
After 1 week , recruiter called me and she said they are so happy and they will send an offer by the end of week and it has been more than 1 month and I didn’t get the offer till now and the recruiter ghosted me with no answer on emails and phones
