Broadcom interview questions

This firm recruits using both contractors and regular full time employees. I interviewed as a contractor. I was told that I had an excellent resume but then the 1:1 interview took less than 20 minutes. The interviewer seemed unfocused and distracted. This initial interview also did not bring in the actual account managers and project managers for the interview. It almost seemed like the position was filled after they scheduled the interview but didn't bother to cancel with me. Overall, it felt like a waste of time.

Got a phone interview followed by 2 on site interviews. Phone interview consisted tech qts on FSM design, rtl coding. The on site rounds qts were based on fsm, c++ oop concepts, rtl design, puzzle qts. My 1st round went from 9am to 5:30pm with lunch break of an hr. My 2nd onsite went from 2pm to 5:30pm. All above process took about 3 months !!!!!
