Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 10 days. I interviewed at broadcom in july 2015.
I was invited to a first interview by phone, there was only one Interviewer.
The interview was about two hours long and contained questions about my projects and questions related to logic design. their were a lot of questions about my projects to check if i really understand everything and to see how me and my project partner devided the work, and what was my part.
I felt like the Interviewer was more focused on my grades then my answers.

applies through internal transfer program. process was smooth and was interviewed by several future colleagues. everyone was courteous and genuinely wanted to get to know your experience and background. Talked to 5-6 people and was offered the job shortly after. they process was easier compared to external applicants since they already know what you are capable of.
