1. Brief self-introduction
2. Go through resume, asking questions focused on previous work experience, eg. projects (why, what, how), challenges, accomplishments
3. On the spot case analysis
The phone screen call was not clear. The person on call was rushing it . Also they went a bit too deep for a phone screen call. They got straight to the point. Tell me about yourself and normal formal questions were not asked.

HR interview, followed by 3-4 rounds of interviews with working team and leadership; each round was more case-based and examined a combination of skills and critical thinking. Overall process took more than a month.

4-5 rounds with HR screening, teammate interviews, and final 2 rounds with more senior execs. Pretty long process , if you speak chinese its a plus as most informal convos are all in mandarin.
