A total of three rounds, excluding the last round with HR. First round is coding, second and third rounds were about linux knowledge and fleet management. Coding round was more like log parsing and processing rather than Leetcode-like questions.
Recruiter mentioned 4-5 rounds. Mostly via video calls for the first 3 rounds. First with the recruiter before moving on to the team lead and greater team lead. They tend to ghost though.
Really snobbish and arrogant. Ignored my scheduling, ignored my preferences. This is not the first time being interviewed by ByteDance or TikTok. Every single time, this company has got the worst experience.
