I interviewed in november, Then I have to wait over two month when i got declined information via email. After that I send email to ask more information and I never got answer. My Friend did not got even interview and was intrested those traineeship positions but when this person asked more information in the oulu representive, there was no answer either.
Is this normal in Oulu? If declined person is asking relevant questions there will no any answer. clearly the young talent positions are intended only for students.

Interview
I attended through campus recruitment. The process started with an aptitude round, followed by a group discussion. After that, there was a technical interview focused on system design concepts and project-related questions. The final round was HR, covering basic behavioral questions and overall fit.

Question 1
They asked me to explain my project end-to-end, including the system design, database design, technologies used, challenges faced, and my specific contribution to the project.
Moderate level interview and asked basic java and react questions and some coding questions on both tech stack.It was three rounds of interview 2 technical and 1 managerial round.Interview went smoothly and joined the company with in a week.They mostly prefer immediate joiners.
Drive for backend developer interview process is easy for 4 year experience Level-1, and Level-2 and HR discussion will complete in a day itslef. Questions will asked based on resume and our past work experience
