I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CGI (Fairfax, VA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I got my interview through my university career fair, I first had an on-campus interview during the career fair which was all behavioral. It was mainly a conversation to get a sense of me as a person and of my experience. About a week later I got an email inviting me to a college recruiting day. When I went, I was provided lunch and watched a presentation (among other interviewees) to learn about the company. Then, in waves we were pulled out and paired off with assigned interviewers. This is where things got messy though. It seemed as if HR had told these people they'd be conducting interviews only an hour before. One of my interviews was technical and the other was behavioral. The whole time, however, the interviewers seemed very confused and asked me to clarify what position I was applying for and what type of questions I was anticipating. I ended up never hearing back with a formal rejection or acceptance, they basically just ghosted me.

After that, there was a technical interview focused on system design concepts and project-related questions. The final round was HR, covering basic behavioral questions and overall fit.
