Interview
It was just a brief interview about my IT background, previous experience and IT skills, then I got a Java test consisting of questions similar to what you could find in a Java programmer certification test and finally a simple SQL.

all sorts of rather tricky questions testing how good the applicant really is in Java and in the end a short database task to write a simple select joining two tables and retrieve some particular data

I went through one round of technical phone interview which last for 1 hour.
They asked me questions on core java, jsp, servlet, collections, thread, sql.
Interviewer had touched all topics but did not go to very deep in any of it , may be convinced by my answers.
And then second round of interview on skype as i was located in trivandrum, kerala ,which last for 30 mins which was on project related questions like what specifically i have worked on , how long i will work in their company if they hire me, i told as long as i will good get learning opportunities, interview got over followed by some technical questions same as round one.
