CNH Industrial Engineer interview questions

had a phone interview with a person who doesnt seem to know a woman called me and set up the 2nd interview with hiring manager talked with hiring manager and another person they asked about general things i dont know what i did wrong they did not call me back

Pretty standard interview questions. Started with a phone interview. It took 15 - 30 minutes. The on site interview had several managers (over 5) in the room at the same time. After the interview, there was a tour of the facility.
