CTS Associate interview questions

It was very good, 3 rounds interview, two technical and one HR round ,first technical round was about basics of java and sql and the second technical round includes project discussion and skill set discussion, straight forward interview and it just took a day and the results were out by evening,

Pretty good experience. Didn't ask much technical stuff. Only about resume. But guess I got lucky. To all my friends technical questions were asked. I explained about previous experience on detail. They also checked leadership mettle. But felt that the interviewer was not technically very sound. May be that is the reason he didn't ask any tech as.
