CTS interview questions

It was random selection. Yup, if your luck favours you are lucky enough. I answered all questions correctly still got rejected. One tip that might be helpful : Try to be frank and friendly with interviewer. Avoid shakiness. Knowledge does not matter. From such masses no interviewer is going to judge your knowledge. They have a quota to fulfill.

I was first contacted by a recruiter. The process took about two weeks. The first phase is phone screen with two different software managers. The second phase is an onsite interview with the software manger and three other developers. The people I interviewed with were very welcoming and friendly. Overall it was a great learning experience.
