Interview
You will be contacted by the HR department to fix a meeting (via Skype in my case) with the manager of the area you applied for. A technical interview came after that, it usually lasts 1 hour. If you pass the 2 stages you will be contacted again by the HR in order to get informations about your future job.

Interview
First round with HR only to discuss skills and opportunities.
Second round with a Hiring Manager to discuss the company's needs for their clients and the candidate's interest in the topics as well as their availability to relocate and willingness to work as a consultant.
(Supposedly) Third round with the team lead to discuss day-to-day tasks and technical skills.
The third round never materialized, their HR rep ghosted me after a the interview with the manager, despite a positive outlook and a promise for a technical interview the next week.

Einfacher und schneller Prozess. Nach einem ersten Telefoninterview folgt ein Gespräch mit dem Team Manager. Vorstellungsgespräch am Freitag, am Montag positive Rückmeldung und wenige Tage später ein Angebot. Super Arbeit von ihnen!
