This is the worst interview process i have ever seen.
I have completed the rounds, HR did informed me on the same. However to issue offer letter they are taking ages of the time. Its very tough situation for me to hold on, whether i will get this offer or not? How long to wait?

Interview
First cultural fit interview with an HR representative, nothing much complicates.
Then a technical round with Engineers with more difficult questions where I had to answer questions about the type of process I had experience.

3 rounds good ones tr hr mr final rounds then assessment and final report next document verification mail then onboarding added how much need to add man The interview process typically includes application screening, initial HR discussion, technical or role-specific evaluation, behavioral assessment, and final managerial interview, followed by feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding steps.
Fue una entrevista muy agradable la verdad, la mujer era super educada y encantadora. Me gusto mucho y me transmitió buena vibra. También hablaba en inglés y francés. Era una entrevista larga.
