there is total 4 round of interview. Out of which 2 are pure technical with Technical lead. Remaining 2 are managerial round in which they just checked your attitude, soft skill, client interaction etc...

Interview
First there was an introduction round where you are asked about your education, professional details and persnal details. Next round is the technical test round where they check your software language skills and your intelligence quotient skills. If you get through this round, then you have to face a management round where one member from the Leadership team interviews you for your skills, intelligent quotients and your professional summary. If you clear all these rounds, you have an Human Resource round where you have salary negotiations.The interview was good and I was able to answer most of the questions.

It was good.
It was mostly client oriented.
Client took my f2f interview.
1st round was telephoninc. it was more basic.
After that 2 rounds were there from client.
They were average.
Overall interview process was good.
After that HR round was there that was simple.
Hiring process is mostly client basis.
If you cleared the client interview then you are through.
