I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capgemini (Kakinada) in Apr 2019
Interview
Basic aptitude test initially. If selected then programming based quiz. If was selected to next level, it would be TR. The questions asked by the TR would entirely about your programming skills and even may asks you to wrie one. I was asked to write a progran and i did. He may also asks about your previous projects and ppts. If you have passed the TR, you are almost selected for the company and the next would be HR. In HR, you will be asked only basic questions. Common sense is enough to crack the HR interview.

It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.
