Interview
If you are a fresher, you are supposed to attend exam that consists of verbal, aptitude, logical and coding snippets and if you clear this round. Next is Interview and if you fall in extreme lucky case then you may face only 1 interview and then Offer Letter. In general, you have to face TR, MR, HR (sometimes TR HR only)
If you are a experience person, then 1st step is Screening, if shortlisted after screening then few rounds of interview and if all goes good then surely you gonna have OL.
First was the phone call with Hire management and question "Why do you apply for this job"? Them technical interview that was paper test one and half hour. Test was base on programming and SQL QUESTION
Great & organized & I fully understood the dynamics of the company & work life balance that they provide, along with full compensation details & career growth. They were kind enough to follow up with me within the week & explain to me the process of the continuing forth with a full time role, however I had to decline due to a better offer
Nice interview and nice observation of candidates ..in interview process they ask us for proper skills is used in analysys and it is a good interview and I experienced a lot based on this
