I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capgemini Invent (London, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
Came through a third-party recruiter and the initial engagement with CGI over email was fine.
When I joined the first interview though the impression I got from the interviewer was that they really couldn't care less about being there and was purely there to tick the boxes. It was just a few questions over 30 minutes so nothing difficult and although the interview was meant to be conversational I heard nothing about the business, where the role fit in, expectations etc.
I was offered a second interview but I declined. My understanding is that the second interview was more of a structured case study.

Interview
Invite via headhunter. Call with Director. On-site interview, nice team but not a proper fit after partner interview. More expertise on special field required / desired, broad knowledge less appreciated.
