Interview
I was referred and applied on 8/15. Heard from recruiter to schedule phone screening on 8/18. First round (Mini Business Case) was scheduled for 9/5. Unfortunately, despite feeling confident leaving the business case interview, I was informed via email on 9/8 that I did not pass and they decided to "move forward with other candidates at this time". I reached out to the recruiter asking for feedback, and she said she does not receive any feedback besides pass/fail.
Overall, they were quick which I appreciated, but I was frustrated with the fact they couldn't provide interview feedback, as failing the business case made me ineligible for any other business manager roles I applied to and future ones for at least 6 months. Would have been good to know what I did wrong.
