I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
There were two back-to-back on-campus interviews and then a super day at the headquarters in DC. The super day involved 4 back-to-back interviews: 2 cases, 1 presentation, and 1 behavioral. The behavioral questions were pretty straight-forward, though one question I was not prepared for was "What is the behavioral question that you're most scared answering?" Luckily, the interviewer did not ask it! Still found it unexpected though. One of the cases was extremely quantitative and difficult, so definitely prep for weighted average calculations and data interpretation.

Question 1
What is one thing we might learn about you one week after you start working here?
Initial online assessment comprising of business case questions with a lot of red herrings, followed by a mini case and buddy call. Mini case was on profitability and interviewer led.
3 rounds of casing interviews. Very math heavy and quantitative. Cases got more complicated with each level and longer than average interviews. 1 hour for each. Very little behavioural focus
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Capital One
Interview
First, I completed a one way interview conducted through HireVue, where I recorded responses to preset questions, and then I proceeded to an actual interview with a recruiter, which allowed for a more interactive conversation about my experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
