Three individual interviews that consisted of a behavioral interview and two case interviews. Each interview is about 45 minutes with each person and the case interviews are fairly difficult. The company accepts generally 2-5% of all their applicants that are given offers. Study your material and know details about the company, because this is one difficult interview process.

Interview
Two phone interviews were followed by a 5+ hour personal interview process. The personal interview consisted of three separate one hour 1:1 behavioral interviews, a 90 minute role play interview, and a 15 minute confirmation of math skills test. I interviewed with a potential co-manager and 2 potential directors. Two HR recruiters coordinated the process. Several other candidates were interviewing for the same job and other jobs simultaneously. It was a very intense process, and not very candidate-friendly.
