there was a recruiter screening, invite to insight day + structured coffee chat sessions, first round behavioral + basic technical, superday behavioral, technical, & job-fit, emphasis on company fit and behavioral. Very transparent process.
Four interviews with average time of 30 to 45 minutes per interview. One of the interviewers was late by a good 15 minutes. No feedback or email about not getting the position. Just a survey asking how they did. I’ve interviewed with them before and it was basically the same. Extremely unprofessional way to treat candidates.
