I went through a 6-stage interview process that required a significant investment of time and preparation:
1. Job Fit – Video Zoom (1 hour, HR)
2. Behavioral Interview – Video Zoom (1 hour, Hiring Manager)
3. Interview: Job Fit – Video Zoom Sr. Manager, Sr. Counsel
4. Interview: Behavioral Interview – Video Zoom Sr Manager, Project Management
5. Sales Interview / Touchpoint Director, SaaS Sales Executive
6. Final Wrap-Up / Behavioral Interview with Director, Asst General Counsel
Unfortunately, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. Communication from HR was limited, and I only received a response regarding the outcome after following up myself, with no meaningful feedback provided. Throughout the process, it seemed the hiring manager was still trying to determine what they wanted in the role.
What was particularly disappointing is that no candidate was ultimately hired, and the position was reposted about two months later. After such an extensive interview process, this suggests the role may not have been clearly defined from the start.
Interview processes should respect candidates’ time. Six rounds without a clear hiring decision create unnecessary effort for applicants who are investing significant time, preparation, and sometimes money into the process.
Recommendation: Clearly define role expectations and streamline interviews before engaging candidates to avoid unnecessary delays and frustration.

HR call + mini case + Power Day. The whole process took only 2 weeks. The HR said that the result of the power day will be given by the next day, but I didn't hear anything back until a week later.

3 normal behavior questions + 2 mini cases + describe an App
First round: 4 questions on an automated coding platform. First two were relatively easy and last 2 were difficult. Would suggest not prematurely optimizing.
Second round: 4 interviews on one day ("power day").
