Capital One Project Manager interview questions

After sending in my application, I was contacted via email to set up an interview. It took about three weeks for them to get back to me. During the interview, I was presented with a case study to work on.

Screen, PM Sense Assessment, and then power day. Power Day includes a Design and analytical section, but I heard they might be changing the process. I will admit the time in between interviews could be 1-2 weeks sometimes. It took me a while to get my offer but I heard for others the process was fast.
