Caterpillar Internship interview questions

it has 4 rounds in total: 1. aptitude test in amcat platform 2. coding test in amcat platform(easy) 3.gd(given two topics 1. impact of chatgpt on students,2.impact of fake news on society) got only 1 chance to talk for each topic 4.Tech + Hr (being perfect with your resume is suggested)(and also learn about company beforehand) finally i wanted to say that confidence is a key here At last i was offered an internship in the comany

It's very tough, and it's my first interview, so I am very scared. But I completed 2 rounds, and the 3rd round is a GD. I didn't perform well in that round.
