Caterpillar interview questions

phone screening first, then in-person interview with 2 panelist for an hour. It consists of behavioral questions mainly and some introduction about the company and the team from the interviewer and Q&A at the end.

Utilizan durante la entrevista el sistema STAR, sin embargo al iniciar las preguntas fuera de este sistema son escasas, lo cuál me parece insuficiente para conocer al candidato. La entrevista dura 1 hora, y regularmente son en línea. En mi caso tuve 45 minutos, ya que llegaron con algo de atraso. Si tienen una entrevista, enfoquense en dar los datos cuantificados en cada caso de éxito.
