Caterpillar interview questions

Well organized, STAR method. Interview was with 3 members from the leadership team. Started on time and ended with a facility tour. Checked in at parking lot security office and was on the visitor list. Secondary check went smoothly and hiring manager came out to greet on arrival.

Got an online interview via Willo, just normal behavioral questions, like What was your biggest challenge and how did you overcome or work though that, also gives you 3 tries to re record, Took over a month to get a reply back.
