I got an email about doing a phone interview the next week. The phone interview was all behavior questions. They are pretty quick in responding. The people interviewing me was really nice and I liked how they had some personal experiences to add on to my answers. It made the interview slightly more personal.

Interview
I went to several campus recruitment events and applied to the Caterpillar website as well as through my college. The interview was pretty straight to the point, all behavioral interview questions and the interviewer even said she was expecting the star answer. After that she told me that they were going to several other colleges and I would hear back by November if I was selected for the next interview (which I never heard back)
