A panel of three asked prepared STAR questions to get an idea of how I would react situationally and the end I was allowed to asked questions of the panel. They were very open and their responses were helpful in steering me to a more appropriate position within CAT.

The interview process consisted of two separate 1 on 1 interviews that lasted around thirty minutes each. The interviewers were very personable which put me at ease during the process. They both used behavioral interview questions about working in a team, demonstrating leadership, dealing with customers, and devising and implementing a plan to complete a project.

Had two interviews. The first was with one person where they asked me six STAR questions. The second interview was on-site at Cat. There were three separate interviews with five to eight STAR questions. It wasn't very intense. They also did a drug test.
